Autism Parent Support Group
Monarch House Autism Centre would like to assist parents receiving services at Monarch House, as well as families in the community, to develop a parent support group. This group is for families who have been impacted by a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It will be a place for parents to discuss topics, share information, and develop supporting relationships.
In addition to providing a room and snacks for these parent gatherings, Monarch House can also offer expertise on topics of interest.
The first gathering will take place at Monarch House Autism Centre on Wednesday, February 24 from 6:30-8:30.
Megen Pauluk, at Monarch House will be the main point of contact, until we have an organized parent leader. We hope that you will be able to come. Please contact Megen if you are interested in attending (604)205-9204 or mpauluk@cbi.ca.
